- available Friday, Saturday & Sunday at our Coal City location
A roasted poblano pepper stuffed with our homemade jalapeño popper cheese, topped with slow-smoked chopped brisket, crispy bacon, melted pepper jack, our signature sweet & spicy BBQ sauce.
2 peppers to an order, served with a side of our homemade buttermilk ranch.

When You’re Happy, We’re Happy
This place is awesome! The food is amazing and affordable. I live a few hundred feet from the “little red garage” where the smokers are. I looked out side today and above the garage written in smoke was “Dan you need to get over here and eat” DELICIOUS!!

BBQ and Baker – Coal City
Yummy! I had the flavorful chili with cornbread, creamy mac and cheese, and a s’mores bar for dessert — everything was delicious. The flavors were spot on, and it’s clear a lot of care goes into each dish. A great addition to the Coal City restaurant scene — can’t wait to go back and try more!

Took the family to BBQ & Baker to see what all the fuss was about.

When we say this is happy belly food, it's absolutely no lie. Only problem is that I think we're going to end up sleeping here, cuz now we can't move.
Everything is delicious, so get your butts down to Coal City, stat!
